Non Attendance Day: June 8, 2021

  • On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, a "Clerical Day for K-5, K-6, 6-8, and K-12 and D 75 school and programs will be held. Students in these schools do not attend. 

  • School will resume on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021.

June Jamboree Information

During the month of June, PS 12 students, staff and families will take part in a month long celebration called June Jamboree.

This is a month packed with exciting and interactive learning opportunities.

Be prepared to enter different spaces and amazing places.

All June Jamboree events will be held virtually.

All Zoom links will be shared on Google Classroom. 

Arrival and Dismissal Information

In-Person Learning: Starting Monday, February 1, 2021, all students in Cohort A and Cohort B will have in-person learning five (5) days a week (Monday-Friday).

  • When students in Cohort A and Cohort B arrive to the school building, students will enter PS 12 through the main entrance at 430 Howard Avenue at 8:30am.
  • Social distancing procedures will be in place.
  • All students and visitors must complete a Daily Health Screen Tool before entering the building.
 
Dismissal: 2:00pm 
  • Students in Cohort A and Cohort B will be dismissed daily at 2:00pm.
  • Students will only be released to an adult listed on the blue card.

Dr. Jacqueline Peek Davis Elementary School (P.S.12):

            PS 12 is a small warm school nestled in Ocean Hill, Brownsville between row houses and new sustainable housing developments.
